FAQs

What is the typical turnaround time?

Our normal turn-around varies by product being produced. Generally orders will take no more than 2 weeks, you will be quoted a completion date before order is started.


One Week Turnaround, some can be done in 24-48 hours depending on current schedule

Is there a set up fee?

There are no set up fees, however we do charge for graphic design and digitizing preparation.

What is a Digitizing Fee?

In order to embroider your logo on to an item, it first must be "digitized". Digitizing is a special process in which we take your logo and translate the digital art files into stitches and specifically map how the embroidery machines will layout and stitch the various thread colors. this is done using specialized software.


the digitized file is uploaded to the embroidery machine to provide instructions for location of stitches and thread color.


Due to the manual time it takes to digitize a logo there is a one-time digitizing fee each time a logo is digitized. This process must be repeated anytime the logo is changed, resized or the number of colors in the design changes.

Do you have the sizes I need?

We can generally get XS-6XL adult. We also offer items in tall, youth, toddler, baby, and even have items for pets!

Do you sell blank apparel?

We do sell blank apparel. It is offered at a higher markup than items being decorated.

Can I mix shirt sizes and styles?

You can order as many different shirt sizes and styles as you want and you DON'T have to order in dozens, unless otherwise stated.

Can I bring my own items in to be decorated?

Yes, however, please be aware that in this industry there is a 2-3% damage rate for items being produced. This may include, but is not limited to, outside garments reacting differently under the standard printing environment, screens breaking, embroidery hoops popping, etc. Therefore, Loco Logos will not be liable for replacing customer supplied products.

Why is there a ring around my embroidered logo?

What is wide Format Inkjet Technology?

The viewing distance for most signage is designed for viewing from a minimum distance of 6-feet or more. Our banners, signs and car magnets are produced using this type of printing, wide format inkjet technology. this print technology is not comparable to offset litho printing. 

Customer Policies

Additional Information

 

  • A 50% deposit is required to start an order.
  • No customer leaves with product without full payment.
  • Due date is the day of completion by 5pm.
  • Rush fees may be applied to orders needed sooner than the normal turnaround.
  • Customers must give written (email/text) approval for quote before items are ordered.
  • Customers must give written (email/text) approval for mock-up before production is started.
  • Shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving product.
  • Faulty product must be reported within 1 month of receiving product.
  • Customer provided goods will not be replaced, should they get damaged in the production process.


 Loco Logos takes great pride in our customer's satisfaction, however, there are certain circumstances that are beyond our control. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for:


  • Spelling, Punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution images supplied by customer
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options like product types, colors, or sizes.
